Production tips for a tight 2-minute film

  • Lock a 6–8 shot structure and one visual motif.
  • Pre-viz with a 6-line beat sheet; decide color and grain early.
  • Mix models intentionally (image-to-video for hero shots; interpolation + grade for continuity).
  • Track licenses for models, music, fonts, stock.
  • Audio: leave −1 dBFS headroom; add room tone to avoid “AI silence.”
