Production tips for a tight 2-minute film
- Lock a 6–8 shot structure and one visual motif.
- Pre-viz with a 6-line beat sheet; decide color and grain early.
- Mix models intentionally (image-to-video for hero shots; interpolation + grade for continuity).
- Track licenses for models, music, fonts, stock.
- Audio: leave −1 dBFS headroom; add room tone to avoid “AI silence.”
