Account & Eligibility

Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to use AI FILMS Studio. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly provide services to or collect data from anyone under 13.
When registering for an account, you must provide accurate, current information including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for the security of the devices you use with our Platform and for safeguarding your account password. AI FILMS is not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure credentials or devices.

Subscription & Payment

No, AI FILMS Studio does not offer a free tier. However, you can get started without a long-term commitment by purchasing one-off credit packs, or if you prefer more value per dollar choose one of our subscription plans. Any creator can also get started for a discounted price if they use an influencer link to sign up.
At AI FILMS Studio, we offer a seamless payment experience by supporting all major payment options facilitated through our payment processor. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Klarna, Amazon Pay, and Cash App Pay.
All payments are final. If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund unused time. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high quality services and maintain our pricing structure.
Subscription credits, refunded credits, manually granted credits, and promotional credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Credits from credit packs expire 90 days after purchase. Referral credits are valid for 365 days from the date they are awarded. Credit expiry dates are visible per batch on your Profile page. AI FILMS Studio may modify credit validity periods at its discretion, and users will be notified of changes where reasonably practicable.
To unsubscribe: 1) Sign in to your account, 2) Go to studio.aifilms.ai/profile, 3) Click "Cancel Subscription", 4) Confirm the cancellation, 5) Check for a confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect immediately - unused subscription credits are removed and your account is downgraded. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Yes, up to two active subscriptions are allowed at the same time. You can manage all active subscriptions from your Profile page under the Subscription tab.
Yes. There is a 30-day cooling-off period after cancellation before you can subscribe again. After this period, go to the Pricing page, select a plan, and complete checkout. You are not required to choose the same plan you had before.
Our payment processor automatically retries failed payments. If your payment fails, update your payment method via Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Payment methods. If payment cannot be collected within our payment processor's retry window, your subscription is canceled and your account is downgraded. If a billing retry later succeeds, your account is automatically restored without any action on your part.
If a payment fails and cannot be collected, or if your subscription reaches its natural end date: your subscription is marked as canceled or ended, unused subscription credits are removed, your account is downgraded, and you receive an email notification. Credits from referrals, credit packs, promotions, and manual grants are kept. You can re-subscribe from the Pricing page after the 30-day cooling-off period.
You cannot update your payment method directly in the app. Use the our payment processor Customer Portal: go to Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription, then select Payment methods and add or update your card. Changes take effect for the next billing cycle.
Yes. Go to Profile → Subscription → Upgrade Plan and select the new plan. Our payment processor handles proration automatically - you are only charged the difference for the remaining days in the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and your credit balance is updated to reflect the new plan.
Pausing is not currently supported. You can cancel your subscription and re-subscribe when you are ready, subject to the 30-day cooling-off period between cancellation and re-subscription.
Go to your Profile page and open the Subscription History tab. Find the payment you are looking for and click the View or View Receipt button on that row. This opens your invoice or charge receipt in a new tab. Our payment processor can take a few minutes to generate a document after payment - if it is not yet available, try again shortly.
Credits are added when our payment processor confirms the payment, which can take a few minutes. Refresh your Profile page to see the updated balance. If credits have not appeared after 15 minutes, contact support@studio.aifilms.ai with the date and amount of your payment.
No. Canceling your subscription does not delete your billing profile with our payment processor. Your previously saved payment methods are retained, making re-subscription faster. Your billing profile is only removed when your account is permanently deleted.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add AI credits to your account immediately. Unlike a subscription, a credit pack is a single payment with no recurring charge - you buy credits once and use them at your own pace. Four packs are available: Starter ($5), Popular ($10), Value ($25), and Pro ($50). Credits from a pack expire 90 days after purchase.
Credits from a credit pack expire 90 days after they are granted. They do not carry over. You can check your credit balance and see when individual credit batches expire on your Profile page in the Credit History section. Buy only what you expect to use within that period.
No. A credit pack is a single one-time charge. There is no recurring billing. You only pay when you choose to buy a pack.
Yes. You can purchase as many packs as you like, as many times as you like. Each purchase is independent. Keep in mind that all credits from each pack expire 90 days after that individual purchase.
Yes. Both pools of credits are available for AI generation tasks. The system automatically uses whichever credits are expiring soonest first, so your oldest credits are always consumed before newer ones.
You can purchase a credit pack from three places: the Node Graph Editor header (click Buy Credits in the top-right corner of the editor), automatically when you attempt to run a cloud-mode node without sufficient credits, or from the Pricing page. Local-mode nodes do NOT require credits and will never prompt you to purchase a pack.
Credits are added when our payment processor confirms the payment, which usually takes a few seconds. If your credits have not appeared after 5 minutes, refresh your Profile page. If they are still missing after 15 minutes, contact support@studio.aifilms.ai with your payment confirmation email.
Purchased packs cannot be exchanged. All purchases on our website are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Go to your Profile page and scroll to the Credit Pack History section. The table shows each purchase with its date, pack name, amount paid, credits granted, status, and a receipt link. Click View in the Receipt column to open your our payment processor receipt in a new tab. our payment processor can take a few minutes to finalize the receipt after payment - if the link is not yet available, refresh the section after a few minutes.

Content & Ownership Rights

Yes, if you have a paid subscription plan, you are free to use any artifacts you generate on our platform. All users may commercially exploit their creations generated with AI FILMS Studio, subject to our Terms and applicable law.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any User Content you create, upload, or import into the Platform. However, by using the Platform and uploading User Content, you grant AI FILMS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and back up your content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
Yes, you are free to import assets and export projects-your work is never locked in. You can import and export as many artifacts as you wish for your projects.

Technical & Support

Yes, we welcome any suggestions or requests for new features or models. Please reach out to us at info@aifilms.ai to submit your request.
You can submit a support ticket directly at studio.aifilms.ai/workspace?g=support. You can also reach us by email at support@studio.aifilms.ai.
For LLM Basic Completion Requests, credits are refunded only if a failure occurs within our system during submission. Failures occurring on third-party systems after successful submission are not refunded. For all other model requests, credits are automatically refunded when a request fails within our system.
AI FILMS Studio is committed to resolving billing issues amicably. Users should contact customer support before initiating a chargeback. Fees are generally non-refundable; any refund or credit is at AI FILMS Studio's sole discretion. For billing questions, contact support@studio.aifilms.ai.
Go to studio.aifilms.ai/workspace?g=support, click Submit New Ticket, provide a subject, describe your issue in detail, select a category and a priority level, and attach any relevant files if needed. Submit the form and you will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once the ticket is created.
Three categories are available: Billing, Technical, and Abuse. Select the category that most accurately describes your issue to ensure it is directed to the correct team.
Use High for issues that are actively preventing you from using the platform. Use Medium for problems that affect your work but have a temporary workaround. Use Low for general questions or minor inconveniences. Setting an accurate priority helps the support team triage tickets appropriately.
Yes. You can attach up to 5 files per ticket submission. Accepted file types are: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), GIF (.gif), WebP (.webp), PDF (.pdf), Word documents (.doc, .docx), and plain text files (.txt). Each individual file may be up to 10 MB. The combined total size of all attachments in a single submission may not exceed 25 MB.
Yes. Replies support the same attachment limits as the initial submission: up to 5 files per reply, each up to 10 MB, with a combined total no greater than 25 MB. The same accepted file types apply.
Go to studio.aifilms.ai/workspace?g=support. All tickets you have submitted are listed there with their current status, category, and the full conversation thread including any attachments.
Open your ticket has been received and is awaiting review. Pending - you have replied and the support team is reviewing your update. Answered - the support team has responded and is awaiting your acknowledgment or follow-up. Closed - the ticket has been resolved and is no longer active. You cannot reply to a closed ticket; open a new ticket if your issue recurs.
Yes. An email notification is sent to your registered address whenever a support agent responds to your ticket. Ensure your registered email address is current and that emails from support@studio.aifilms.ai are not being filtered to spam.

Referrals & Miscellaneous

Referral credits are in-platform, have no cash value, expire 365 days from the date they are awarded, and may change. Abuse voids credits and may lead to account action. Any creator can get started for a discounted price if they use an influencer link to sign up.
Enter your referral code on the our payment processor checkout page before completing payment. Referral rewards are applied when the checkout is confirmed. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions.
Material changes to our Terms will be communicated to users; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions. It remains the user's responsibility to review the most current Terms and Conditions.
